About the program

Small group training with individualized programs. We encourage group settings to create a high energy atmosphere; training with friends are welcomed to push each other and to help one another grow. Programs are designed to mobilize what is too tight, to strengthen and stabilize what is weak and to create a well rounded, explosive athlete that can compete at the highest level.

CSCS Certification

The CSCS is a certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is the gold standard for strength, conditioning and sports performance in the industry. It is used by professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. Continuing education is a must in the field and recipients of this certification are required to get continuing education units (CEU’s) and stay up to date with the most recent research through seminars, college courses and other various activities. With new research always being rolled out, staying up to date is a must and we pride ourselves on constantly evolving and revamping our approach. The CSCS is a great resource to allow our coaches to do that.
