Our Programs

We offer four different training options depending on your needs and what you are looking for.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training: Looking to jump-start your health? Personal training at Spectrum involves undivided 1-on-1 attention with a plan that is specific to you and tailored towards your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance or general health.
  • Semi-Private: Similar to Personal Training, workouts are with other individuals and can be expected to be more independent for the client as the coaches bounce around from client to client.
  • Sports Performance: Train with other athletes for a great training environment and experience. We pair athletes together based on age and competitive level using a wide variety of science-based methods proven to get you results.
  • Adult Fitness: Group, high tempo workouts with a wide variety of exercises. Combination of weights, bands, TRX, bodyweight, movement, kettlebell and much more for a well-rounded training hour. Workouts are an hour long and are led by an instructor that will make intra-workout adjustments for any specific constraints or needs to make some real progress.

Personal Training

Undivided attention, customised program tailored towards the needs of the client, 1-on-1.

Semi Private Training

Groups are anywhere from 1 to 6 clients, where we have designated hours for clients to come in to train.

Sports Performance

Small group training with individualized programs

Adult Fitness Classes

Bootcamp style class where the workouts are constantly changing, the energy is high and the class atmosphere is fun.
